Customer Care Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist to join our Back Office team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our customer operations, supporting internal teams, coordinating with external partners, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across our activities in the Polish energy market.

• Support customers and internal teams (Origination & Trading, Sales, Finance) in daily activities to ensure clear communication and smooth cooperation
• Provide ongoing customer service, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, claims, and issues
• Ensure seamless onboarding for new customers, including system access and transition support
• Deliver training for customers and partners on our services
• Verify the completeness and correctness of documents from customers and the Polish Sales Team
• Update and manage data in our internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Cooperate with external entities such as DSO (Distribution System Operator) and TSO (Transmission System Operator)
• Meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) results
• Report to external authorities with accuracy and punctuality
• Perform ad hoc duties, with responsibilities adapting to business needs on a monthly basis

• At least 1 year of experience in customer care, sales suport or back office role
• Native Polish speaker with English language at communicative level
• Intermediate user knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation and data
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments and external stakeholders
