About The Role

We are expanding our Origination team and seeking an experienced Power Originator to drive commercial growth in the Hungarian power market.

If you thrive on creating commercial opportunities, structuring complex energy deals, and advising clients on long‑term energy strategies, this role is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities

Originating, developing, and closing commercial energy deals across the full value chain
Structuring and negotiating wide range of energy contracts – Power purchase agreements, balancing contracts, forecasting contracts and supply agreements
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with power generators and B2B clients
Driving proactive outreach to acquire new customers and uncover high-value commercial opportunities
Building and executing your own sales and origination strategy while serving as a trusted advisor to clients
Developing customized proposals and solutions offerings that align with client objectives and evolving market dynamics
Direct contributing to meeting defined P&L target through effective origination, deal execution, and revenue-generating activities

Qualifications and Experience

Our Offer At least 3 years of experience in energy origination, power generation, trading or B2B energy sales
Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory environment of the energy industry
Hands-on experience with offtake contracting, ideally including RES (solar PV, wind, biogas)
Excellent command of Hungarian language and communicative level of English
Established network and customer base within the Hungarian power market
Strategic mindset with the ability to spot and evaluate emerging market opportunities
Ability to fully understand customer needs and translate them into commercial solutions
Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract-structuring skills
